Life of General John Sevier

Description

Thorough and compelling, this biography of John Sevier includes ancestral genealogy. Having served as governor of the ill-fated State of Franklin, Sevier was elected the first governor of Tennessee, serving a total of six terms. He then served in Congress until his death in 1815. - from Amzon
