Dilly just knows he is going to be the star of the school play. But this play is full of surprises and Dilly is only an extra! Mum and Dad are worried by Dilly's reaction, he pouts instead of screaming so they pay a visit to Dilly's teacher, Miss Daffy. Much to their relief she offers to make Dilly the play's narrator.
