We’re sharing a short administrative update about how Librarika is run.
From 25 August 2026, the Librarika service is provided by Raynux Pty Ltd (ACN 700 717 166), an Australian company — replacing the previous provider, Raynux, which operated as a sole trader in Bangladesh. This is purely a change of operating entity. The same people continue to build and support Librarika.
What this means for you
- The same team continues to build and support Librarika.
- Your account, catalogue, data and settings are unchanged.
- Your plan and pricing are unchanged.
- The way your data is handled is unchanged — it now simply sits with a formally incorporated Australian company.
- There is nothing you need to do.
A quick note on our Terms and Privacy Policy
We’re also refreshing our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and GDPR statement to reflect the new provider and to modernise them. We’ll publish the updated documents here in the Knowledge Base and let you know before they take effect, so you’ll have a chance to read them. Until then, your current terms continue to apply and there’s nothing you need to do.
Your billing continues exactly as before through our payment provider (FastSpring). You may notice that invoices and receipts now show “Raynux Pty Ltd” as the provider — this is the same service, and there is nothing you need to do.
We’re also preparing an updated Data Processing Agreement for library customers who need one for their own compliance records. It will be published alongside our refreshed Terms and Privacy Policy.
